10th October, every year is celebrated as World Mental Health day in association with WHO (World Health Organisation). The major objective of this day being, creating mental health awareness in the minds of youth. Also, expanding the ideology of healthy mind for better lifestyle is an another important objective behind celebrating this day. The basic ideology behind this day is if physical health is accompanied by proper mental health, individual is fit enough.
World Mental Health day provides an opportunity to all the experts in this field to share their respective views on Mental Health. Also, it focuses on creating an awareness about proper mental health for sustenance of life of a person. It actually gives a platform to all the related stakeholders to give their opinions upon how to build a Active and proper mental health.
This year’s theme set by the World Federation for Mental Health is mental health in the workplace. This emphasizes on building up a proper mental health of the employees in the corporate world, so as to avoid any kind of depression problems.
