Today’s trend, demands health for sustenance. One, which is more out of trend than for a cause. One that focuses more on “show” than to “grow”. With evolution of these health trends, primitive ways of building health stands eroded from current trend. In fact sometimes this very trend comes out to be a reason for degradation of health rather than boosting it up.
Each passing day, youth is getting more enthusiastic to make up their health, unaware of these wrong paths which they are taking to reach the destination. Undoubtedly, these activities build up bunch of biceps for a while but not “The real health” which is needed to live our life to the fullest. Being happy is an important symptom of healthy body. Also, if you feel energized at everything you do , you are healthy enough.
This trend restricts man from getting out of premises surrounded by walls all around and keep them confined to their so called “health building gym”. They refrain themselves from bounty of nature and the fresh air needed for making up a healthy body. These gym addicts often take protein shakes and diet supplements for boosting up their body growth, challenging our natural body system of growth and development which can be hazardous at times. Green vegetable as we all know,is an all time substitute to keep oneself healthy, contrary to these diet supplement.
Due to modernization which is taking place everyone is taking help of some uncommon measures to do very common things and making a good health is one amongst them. Getting good health is not just a thing of havoc as we all consider it. All we need to keep in mind is STOP USING SOME UNHEALTHY WAYS OF BUILDING HEALTH.
