India ready to welcome 22 Guardian Drones

India – U.S. relations reach next level. As U.S. has cleared the sale of 22 guardian drones to India, having the designation “Major Defense Partner” decided by Obama and Congress approval.

This is a positive sign just before Prime Minister Modi’s visit to meet President Trump next week. These 22 unmanned guardian drones are being manufactured by General Atomics. The worth of the deal is around 2 to 3 Billion U.S. dollars.

This request was made last year by Indian Navy for increasing the surveillance and intelligence and reconnaissance platform.
